The outstanding students chosen for the College Board National Recognition Programs are honored at UTA. All new students who have been chosen for designations through one of the four national recognition programs for their first year at UTA are eligible for the Distinguished Freshman Award.

  • To be considered for the Distinguished Freshman Award, kindly submit the email confirmation from the College Board to the UTA Scholarships Office at schol@uta.edu. The College Board will thereafter confirm the designation.
